Tai Chi

  • Tai chi involves slow motion exercises that encourages slow and deliberate body movements accompanied by deep breathing. It Increases body awareness, improves cognition, reduces risk and fear of falling, eases arthritis pain, and is really fun to do. Join this class to begin a great journey towards balance, strength, and relaxation.
