Sculpt 30 Mondays & Wednesdays 12:00 NOON A half-hour of strength work.
Cardio Sculpt Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00 PM An hour of dance cardio + strength.
Cardio Sculpt Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:00 PM An hour of dance cardio + strength.
Cardio Sculpt Fridays at 5:00 PM An hour of dance cardio + strength.
Cardio Sculpt 1st, 3rd, 4th, & 5th Saturdays of each month 8:00 AM An hour of dance cardio + strength.
