Schedule:
Sculpt 30    Mondays & Wednesdays 12:00 NOON   A half-hour of strength work. 
Cardio Sculpt  Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00 PM   An hour of dance cardio + strength.
Cardio Sculpt   Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:00 PM   An hour of dance cardio + strength.
Sculpt 60  1st, 3rd, 4th, & 5th Saturdays of each month 8:00 AM  A full hour of strength work.

READY TO START?       You can just walk in for class or book in advance.

The instructors are so knowledgeable and fun! They  always give their best and make each student feel comfortable.
