Texting makes it easier for us to communicate with your about your account, schedule changes, or other need-to-know items. We don't text a lot, but want you to know what your rights are about tell us to stop if you'd prefer.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to 505-591-4200

3. Frequency

We will send SMS messages based on your preferences and the nature of our business. Message frequency may vary.

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Content

Our SMS messages may include schedule changes, communications about your account, promotional content, alerts, updates, and other relevant information related to our products or services.

We are not liable for any delays, errors, or interruptions in SMS delivery. You agree to use our SMS services at your own risk.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
