Chair Classes
These classes use a chair as a fitness prop to help you balance and aid with stability and alignment. Get your cardio, strength, stretch and relax using hand weight, small balls, bands and a chair in a fun and supportive group fitness atmosphere.
Schedule:
Sitting Strong: Mondays & Wednesdays 2:00 PM
Chair Cardio Strength: Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00 AM

READY TO START? You can just walk in for class or book in advance.
