Mindfulness is simply paying attention, in the present moment, without judgment. None of us will ever do it perfectly, which is why it’s a wonderful practice for a lifetime! The more we train our mind, heart, and body to return to a place of awareness, the more we are able to make healthy choices in our daily life.
In our gentle meditation classes, you’ll learn how mindfulness meditation can support your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. We’ll cover the factors that will help you to develop a regular meditation practice, including posture, breathing techniques, and how to deal with active minds.
