Service Description

Core Strength Yoga is a class designed to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, improve posture and balance, and increase overall stability through mindful, breath-connected movements and intentional core-focused poses. Expect modifcations, attention to breathing, and a blend of flowing through and holding poses.
