Bridge To Maternal Health
Finding your center, one breath at a time
Our Bridge to Maternal Health program provides pathways to essential, local resources for pregnancy, birth, and the first year postpartum. We can offer referrals to a multitude of community resources around birth, breastfeeding, and healthcare options, and well as access to basic resources like food and diapers.

YOGA CLASSES
“Yoga has been shown to lower stress and anxiety, which can contribute to complications such as premature births and low birthweight. It may also help lower blood pressure, which can be critical to maintaining a healthy pregnancy. In addition, a 2021 analysis in the Journal of Maternal and Child Health found prenatal yoga could shorten labor and reduce labor pain.”
We can also offer on-site education around healthy eating to reduce complications from diabetes and hypertension.
Beginning February 10, we are also offering prenatal yoga (with postpartum / caregiver & baby yoga coming soon)!
Join us for Prenatal Yoga, 11:15-12:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in February/March.
