ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Deollo Johnson, dancer, dance instructor, and choreographer, has been dancing most of his life. He’s done capoeira and West African dance for decades, performing professionally in many venues and teaching internationally.
ABOUT YOUR LEAD DRUMMER:
Fred Simpson, drummer, teacher, and drum maker, was drumming his mother’s pots and pans at one-and-a-half years of age. In the decades since, he’s been drumming professionally and has performed in numerous venues.
