Turning great ideas into real impact requires more than good intentions, it takes clear planning and shared commitment. This interactive training is designed to help health council members move from an idea to implementation. Participants will learn how to set meaningful outcomes, create simple and effective work plans, and clarify roles and timelines to support successful projects and events. Through hands-on activities, real examples, and group discussion, participants will leave with tools they can immediately apply to their initiatives. FACILITATOR: Paula Feathers of Kamama Consulting

This training should meet the following objectives:

  1. Set clear and measurable outcomes for projects and events.

  2. Identify and discuss common challenges that impact projects.

  3. Develop a basic work plan that outlines key steps and due dates.
