Diane Heck, LMT, has nearly 30 years of experience supporting stress relief and connection through healthy, intentional touch. Her work focuses on nervous system support and creating safe, grounded experiences for individuals and couples.

Originally from Delaware, Diane now calls northern New Mexico home, where she has lived for nearly five years. After transforming her own health and reversing type 2 diabetes, she expanded into metabolic health coaching and has spent the past three years supporting sustainable, whole-person change. She enjoys sharing her work through community-based workshops that bridge health, presence, and connection.

When she’s not working, she’s at home with her wife and six animals—where life is rarely quiet and never boring.
